Founded in 2004, Advance Air Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered M&E engineering contractor specialising in air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and fire protection.
We provide customised engineered air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and fire protection solutions — from project management and budget estimation through to installation, servicing, and maintenance. Working in close partnership with our associates, we strive to create excellent customer satisfaction with reliable, quality, on-time deliveries within budget.

Fire Protection
Installation and testing/commissioning of suppression, detection, and sprinkler systems to SCDF and SS standards — covering wet/dry sprinklers, gaseous suppression (FM-200, Novec 1230, CO₂), fire hose reels, and hydrant systems.

Smoke Control
Installation and commissioning of pressurisation and mechanical smoke extract systems in accordance with PE designs and SCDF Fire Code requirements, with full on-site support to ensure authority clearance.

HVLS Fans
Supply and installation of High Volume Low Speed fans for large open spaces — canteens, warehouses, and multi-purpose halls. One HVLS fan replaces multiple conventional fans, reducing energy consumption while improving thermal comfort.

Building Management System
Installation and commissioning of building automation systems — connecting ACMV, lighting, and power monitoring into a centralised platform for real-time control and optimisation.
